We overcome limitations of traditional manufacturing methods, providing seamless products without joints and infinite length capabilities. Our super-wide drum-type vulcanizing press accommodates widths up to 4000mm, producing high-quality products maximum 3600mm wide without joints.
High-quality silicone rubber offers excellent performance characteristics including anti-aging, ozone resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, oil resistance, solvent resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and odorless properties, and pollution-free composition.
Operating temperature range: -60°C to +260°C (momentary maximum 300°C) with high stability, reliability, and non-sticky surface properties. Suitable for use in air, water, oil, and other media.
Applications include punching various rubber seal gaskets and specialized uses for PVC vacuum laminating presses, wooden door vacuum laminating presses, glass vacuum laminating presses, solar vacuum laminating presses, hot laminating presses, and card laminating presses.
