Industrial Grade SBR Rubber Sheet for Bridge Bearing Pads
Our SBR rubber sheets and rolls are manufactured using high-quality Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) synthetic material through drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) or plain vulcanizing press processes. These industrial-grade rubber sheets feature medium hardness combined with high tensile strength and exceptional abrasion resistance, all while being odor-free.
Sheets with 1-6mm thickness are produced using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) for a smooth, shiny surface, while 7-80mm thickness sheets utilize vulcanizing press technology to achieve greater thickness. These rubber sheets perform reliably under high-pressure conditions within a temperature range of -35°C to +100°C in both air and water environments.
Ideal for manufacturing various seals, gaskets, and other components requiring high abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and superior cushioning performance.
