Manufacturing Process
Phenolic cotton fabric laminated rods are manufactured using cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin. The material is heated into prepreg and rolled into rod shapes, then placed into molds of various diameters. The final curing process occurs under high temperature and pressure to produce rigid laminated rods suitable for mechanical and electrical applications.
