Physical Characteristics
Molded or extruded from high-quality polyester, polyether, or TPU. This material offers excellent performance characteristics including chemical erosion resistance, impregnation resistance, ozone resistance, radiation resistance, aging resistance, hydrolysis resistance, high tensile strength, tear resistance, high impact resistance, high bend strength, and low compression set. The abrasion resistance is 5 times greater than pure natural rubber, and oil resistance is 3-5 times greater than NBR rubber, with high elasticity of 65% and prominent compression resistance at high temperatures. Available in a wide hardness range of 80-95 Shore A, with excellent adhesion to metal materials. This is a rapidly evolving new macromolecular material.
Applications
Suitable for mining, oil field, chemical, printing, punching, paper making, spinning, and automotive industries.
