Product Overview
Our natural rubber sheets, also known as gum rubber sheets or para rubber sheets, are produced using ROTOCURE vulcanizing press or plain vulcanizing press technology. These sheets feature medium hardness with high tensile strength, exceptional elongation properties, superior abrasion resistance, and excellent elasticity. The material is completely safe and non-toxic with no odor.

Applications
Ideal for punching various seals, gaskets, lining applications, and rubber membranes. Specifically designed for truck lining, drinking water lining, and PVC vacuum laminating press applications.
Manufacturing Process
Sheets with 1-6mm thickness are manufactured using ROTOCURE vulcanizing press technology, resulting in a shiny surface finish. Thicker sheets (7-80mm) are produced using conventional vulcanizing presses to achieve higher thickness requirements.
