High-performance SBR industrial rubber sheets with 2-12Mpa tensile strength, designed for demanding industrial applications requiring exceptional abrasion resistance and durability.
Product Overview
Our SBR rubber sheets and rolls are manufactured using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) or plain vulcanizing press with premium Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR). These sheets feature medium hardness combined with high tensile strength and superior abrasion resistance, and are odor-free. Sheets with 1-6mm thickness are produced using ROTOCURE technology for a shiny surface, while 7-80mm thickness sheets are manufactured using vulcanizing press methods to achieve greater thickness.
These rubber sheets perform reliably under high-pressure conditions within temperature ranges of -35°C to +100°C in both air and water environments. Ideal for punching various seals, gaskets, and other components requiring high abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and excellent cushioning performance.
