High-quality black neoprene rubber sheets and linings designed for various sealing applications, gaskets, and mechanical equipment components.
Product Overview
Our neoprene rubber sheets and linings are manufactured using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) or plain vulcanizing press with premium neoprene rubber (CR synthetic rubber). These sheets feature medium hardness with high tensile strength and deliver exceptional performance in resisting acids, alkalis, ozone, aging, chemical corrosion, and seawater. The material is odor-free and operates effectively in liquids containing up to 20% acid or alkali at temperatures ranging from -30°C to +120°C.
Sheets with 1-6mm thickness are produced using drum-type vulcanizing press with a shiny surface, while 7-80mm thickness sheets are manufactured using vulcanizing press for achieving higher thickness requirements.
