Our SBR rubber sheets and rolls are manufactured using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) or plain vulcanizing press with high-quality Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR). These industrial-grade rubber sheets feature medium hardness with exceptional tensile strength and abrasion resistance, completely odor-free.
Sheets with 1-6mm thickness are produced using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) for a smooth, shiny surface, while 7-80mm thickness sheets utilize vulcanizing press technology for achieving higher thickness requirements. Designed to perform under high-pressure conditions in temperatures ranging from -35°C to +100°C in both air and water environments.
Ideal for punching various seals, gaskets, and other components requiring high abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and superior cushioning performance.
