Our high-quality silicone rubber sheets are produced using advanced drum-type vulcanizing press technology, eliminating common manufacturing limitations. We've successfully resolved issues with surface smoothness, thickness tolerance, and restricted dimensions that plague traditional manufacturing methods. The result is superior silicone sheeting available in widths up to 3600mm without any visible joints and with virtually unlimited length capabilities.

Application Information
Press Compatibility: German silicone for "+" and "-" press on wooden PVC vacuum laminators; Chinese silicone for "-" press only on wooden PVC vacuum laminators.

Special Applications: Ideal for punching various rubber seal gaskets and specialized uses including PVC vacuum laminating press, wooden door vacuum laminating press, glass vacuum laminating press, solar vacuum laminating press, hot laminating press, and card laminating press applications.

Specialty Products: FDA grade silicone rubber sheets with postcure treatment and antistatic silicone sheets with fire-resistant properties (black color, smooth surface).
