Our silicone sheets, membranes, and rolls are manufactured using high-quality silicone material on specialized rotocure vulcanizers or plain press vulcanizers according to customer requirements. General silicone sheets are produced on 4-roller rotocure vulcanizers, super-width sheets on 2-roller rotocure vulcanizers, super-thin sheets on special oven road vulcanizers, and super-thick sheets on plain press vulcanizers.
Through advanced management, innovative techniques, and strict quality control with excellent silicone materials and vulcanizer machines, we've resolved issues with surface smoothness and thickness tolerance on rotocure vulcanizers, as well as width, length, and joint limitations on press vulcanizing machines. Our products are triumphantly joint-free with infinite length capabilities.
We operate super-wide drum-type vulcanizing presses with 4000mm width capacity, producing high-quality products up to 3600mm width without joints. Our high-quality silicone rubber offers excellent performance including anti-aging, ozone resistance, heat resistance, electric insulation, oil resistance, solvent resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and odorless properties, and pollution-free operation.
Suitable for working in air, water, oil, and other media at temperatures from -60°C to +260°C (moment maximum 300°C) with high stability, reliability, and surface inactivity without stickiness. Applications include punching various rubber seals, rubber gaskets, and specialized uses for wooden PVC vacuum press laminators, wooden door vacuum press laminators, safety glass vacuum laminating bags, solar vacuum press laminators, hot press laminators, card press laminators, and other applications.
