The silicone rubber heater is a thin film heating element with a standard thickness of 1.5mm. It incorporates nickel chrome wires or 0.05mm-0.10mm thick nickel chrome foils etched into specific shapes, wrapped with heat conducting and insulating materials on both sides, and completed through high-temperature die forming and aging heat treatment.
