Our silicone sheets, membranes, and rolls are manufactured using high-quality silicone material on specialized rotocure vulcanizers or plain press vulcanizers, tailored to meet specific customer requirements. We utilize advanced management, innovative techniques, and strict quality control to deliver superior products with excellent surface smoothness and precise thickness tolerance.
Manufacturing Excellence
We employ various vulcanization methods to meet diverse production needs: general silicone sheets on 4-roller rotocure vulcanizers, super-wide sheets on 2-roller rotocure vulcanizers, ultra-thin sheets on special oven road vulcanizers, and super-thick sheets on plain press vulcanizers. Our super-wide drum-type vulcanizing press accommodates widths up to 4000mm, producing seamless products up to 3800mm wide without joints.

Special Products
We offer FDA grade silicone sheets with postcure treatment and antistatic silicone sheets with fire-resistant properties in black color with smooth surface. We also provide black antistatic silicone sheet backing with or without 3M adhesive in thicknesses of 0.2, 0.5, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, and 3.0mm.
