Our premium silicone sheets, membranes, and rolls are manufactured using high-quality silicone material on specialized vulcanizing equipment to meet exact customer specifications. Available in various grades including industrial, food, medical, and FDA-compliant options.
Manufacturing Process
- Standard sheets (0.5-12mm thickness, 0.5-1.5m width, 1-10m length) produced on 4-roller rotocure vulcanizers
- Extra-wide sheets (1.0-8.0mm thickness, 1.5-3.8m width, 10-20m length) on 2-roller rotocure vulcanizers
- Ultra-thin sheets (0.1-1.0mm thickness, 0.3-1.0m width, 25-50m length) on specialized oven road vulcanizers
- Extra-thick sheets produced on plain press vulcanizers
