- Damage due to accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse
- Unauthorized modifications
- Extreme environmental conditions
- Electrical stress, power surges, or lightning
- Static electricity, fire, or acts of God
- SPO2 replacement, M3015A main board corruption, and Endoscopes
