1.What is your warranty period?
Our warranty period is 1 year or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.
2.Does your generator have global warranty?
Yes, most of our products like Cummins, Perkins, Doosan power generator enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternator we use like Leroysomer, Stamford, marathon also enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the aftersales service.
3.Can you accept OEM?
Yes, we can accept OEM.
4.What is your payment terms?
We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight, L/C deferred payment terms or west union.
5.What is your delivery time?
Our normal delivery time is 2 to 5 weeks. But if your order is some special engine and alternator, then the delivery time is longer.
 
Warranty:
All generator sets are gone through rigorous testing before being released to the market place, including 50% load, 75% load, 100% load , 110% load and all protection function (overspeed stop, high water temperature, low oil pressure, battery charging fail)
Our factory warrants that the gensets will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment or 1200 hours, whichever comes first. If the product proves defective during the warranty period,our factory, at its option, will:
(1) repair the product by means of telephone support or depot service at no charge for parts or labor,
(2) provide the new spare parts to replace the broken one for maintenance.
Shipping:
Will be shipped within 7-15 working days aften payment confirmed.
Packaging:
1.For LCL shipping, we will apply plywood case packing which is durable for ocean transport for customers;
2.For FCL shipping, we will only use PE film which is lighter and cost-saving for packing inside the container, and will use steel wires to fix the generators location in the container for customers.
