Professional Wheel Chucking Power Detachable Strollers Testing Machine

Descriptions: 

Used to measure minimum unloading torque of wheel axle nut, front or back wheel unloading direction respectively, symmetrically exert a certain force and kee it for 30 seconds, then check if any relative shift.

Test method:

a) fix the front wheel as standard
b) turn on power, set force value on power display and set force time on counter, 30 seconds set in factory.
c) press operation button to start, machine will automatically exert force on test specimen, counter starts timing when setting force value reached, machine will stop force application when setting time reached.
d) take the test specimen out after test and check if any relative shift between front axle and front fork to jude if eligible.
e) install the back wheel as standard, repeat step 2,3,4 to make chucking power test.
