Installation Requirements
The SL800AC/SL1000AC/SL1500AC/SL2000AC sliding gate opener is designed for gates weighing less than 800kg/1000kg/1500kg/2000kg with sliding lengths under 12 meters. The drive system utilizes rack and gear transmission. This gate opener must be installed inside the enclosure or yard for protection.
Installation Procedures
Preparation Work
Ensure the sliding gate is properly installed, the gate rail is level, and the gate moves smoothly manually before installing the gate opener.
Cable Installation
For optimal operation and cable protection, bury the motor & power cable and controlling cable separately using two PVC tubes.
Concrete Pedestal
Precast a concrete pedestal measuring 500mm x 300mm with a depth of 250mm to securely install the gate opener. Verify the distance between the gate and gate opener is appropriate before casting the pedestal.
