Product Description
PD-132 Smart Vehicle Loop Detector
Car Parking Barrier Gate Management System
Loop detectors are essential components for vehicle detection in various applications including access monitoring, security systems, and traffic management. The PD-132 provides reliable output signals for controlling gate mechanisms, operating barriers, managing traffic light systems in parking facilities, and activating card dispensers.
This advanced loop detector features direction detection capability for vehicle flux statistics. Operating on the principle of inductance changes caused by metallic vehicle components, the microprocessor-based system automatically calibrates upon power application for ease of use.
Product Applications
- Parking lot entrance vehicle detection
- Parking space information acquisition systems
- Electronic traffic light snapshot systems
- Traffic monitoring systems

Main Functions and Features
- Reset Switch: Manual reset capability during registration and testing for system recovery
- Selectable Pulse Time: Configurable pulse relay duration of 1 second or 0.5 seconds
- Pulse Relay Selection: Configurable to energize on vehicle detection or departure
- Sensitivity Reinforcement: Maximum sensitivity setting to prevent missed detection of large vehicles
- Adjustable Sensitivity: Four sensitivity settings available via switches
- Adjustable Frequency: Four frequency settings to prevent signal interference with adjacent loops
- Filtering Option: Detection delay feature to prevent false detection of small or fast-moving objects
- Permanent Presence Option: Maintains vehicle detection during extended stationary periods
Operation and Configuration
Work Indicator
Upon power application, the detector enters self-calibration mode with green LED flashing and red LED extinguished (approximately 1 second duration). Vehicles should not be present on loops during calibration. After calibration, green LED stops flashing and red LED remains extinguished. Red LED illuminates when a vehicle passes over the loop.
DIP Switch and Wire Jumper
DIP switches 1 and 2 control sensitivity settings. DIP 3 sets presence output time for relay 1. DIP 4 configures relay 2 as presence/pulse output. DIP 5 sets presence signal output time. DIP 6 controls frequency settings. Jumper wire configuration determines PIN16 connection to NO/NC of relay 1.
Work Frequency
User-configurable loop operating frequency to prevent crosstalk from adjacent loops or environmental interference. Two frequency styles available via DIP 6.
Sensitivity Adjustment
Front panel DIP switches 1 and 2 provide sensitivity adjustment. Increase sensitivity if vehicles are not being detected during testing.
Packaging and Shipping
Standard export carton or wooden packaging available. Customized packaging options upon request. Shipping typically occurs within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
