Installation Requirements
Pre-Installation Preparation
Ensure the sliding gate is properly installed with a level gate rail and smooth manual operation before installing the gate opener.
Cable Installation
For optimal performance and cable protection, bury motor & power cables and control cables separately using two PVC tubes.
Concrete Pedestal
Precast a concrete pedestal of appropriate size to securely mount the gate opener. Verify the distance between gate and opener before casting.
Installation Setup
Remove the metal casing from the main unit before installation and securely store all fasteners. Users must provide appropriate power cables based on installation requirements: 220V systems require minimum 3-core wiring, 380V systems require minimum 4-core wiring, with wire core cross-section not less than 1.5mm². Cable length should be determined according to site conditions.
