Preparation Before Installation
- Confirm proper gate installation and smooth manual operation
- Ensure door safety stoppers effectively prevent over-travel
- For electric lock installation: maintain 40-50mm clearance between door bottom and ground
- Without electric lock: maintain ≥20mm clearance
- Mount main unit 300-800mm above ground with secure fixing points
Cable Management
Use separate PVC pipes for motor/power cables and control cables to ensure proper operation and protection.
Mounting Brackets
For secure installation, use expansion screws to fix mounting brackets firmly in place.
