a) Before installing the door opener, verify proper gate installation to ensure smooth manual operation and confirm the door safety stopper effectively prevents excessive movement.
b) For electric lock installation, maintain 40-50mm clearance between door bottom and ground. Without electric lock, ensure ≥20mm clearance.
c) Recommended mounting height for the main engine is 300-800mm from ground level, with reliable fixed points for mounting brackets.
To ensure normal operation and protect cables from damage, use PVC pipes for motor, power cable, and control cables. Separate PVC pipes should be used for motor/power cables and control cables respectively.
For secure motor installation, use expansion screws to firmly fix the mounting brackets in place.
