Installation Steps
- Open packaging and verify all components against parts list
- Select appropriate installation location and ensure base plate is level with concrete floor
- Lay power and control line conduits according to GB232 Electrical Installation Engineering standards
- Install expansion screws at gate host position and securely fasten the lift door host
- After chassis fixation, remove spring and manually operate motor handle to position boom horizontally
- Insert upper boom into lever, place on clamp plate, and secure with bolts
- Secure lower boom and pull arm using M8*50 hex bolts
- Lift upper boom to vertical position while one person assists to reduce gearbox resistance, then install spring
- Connect power and control lines to gate control board according to wiring diagram, then tighten and debug
Important: All installation operations must be performed with power disconnected.
