Work Indicator Operation
Upon power-up, the detector enters self-calibration mode with green LED flashing and red LED extinguished. This process lasts approximately 1 second. Vehicles should not be present on loops during calibration. After calibration, the green LED stops flashing and red LED remains extinguished. When a vehicle passes over the loop, the red LED illuminates.
DIP Switch & Wire Jumper Configuration
DIP switches 1 and 2 control sensitivity settings. DIP 3 sets presence output time for relay 1. DIP 4 configures relay 2 as presence/pulse output. DIP 5 sets presence signal output time. DIP 6 controls frequency selection. Jumper wire connection determines PIN16 connectivity to either NO (normally open) or NC (normally closed) of relay 1.
Work Frequency Selection
Users can adjust loop operating frequency to prevent cross-talk interference from adjacent loops or environmental frequencies. Two frequency styles are available, configured via DIP switch 6.
Sensitivity Adjustment
Sensitivity can be adjusted using DIP switches 1 and 2 on the front panel. If vehicles are not detected during testing, increase the sensitivity setting.
