The SL800AC/SL1000AC/SL1500AC/SL2000AC sliding gate opener is designed for gates weighing less than 800kg/1000kg/1500kg/2000kg with sliding lengths under 12 meters. The system utilizes rack and gear transmission and must be installed within an enclosure or yard for protection.
Pre-Installation Preparation: Ensure the sliding gate is properly installed, the gate rail is level, and the gate moves smoothly when operated manually.
Cable Installation: For optimal operation and cable protection, bury motor/power cables and control cables separately using two PVC conduits.
Concrete Foundation: Pre-cast a concrete pedestal measuring 500mm x 300mm with a depth of 250mm to securely mount the gate opener. Verify appropriate distance between gate and opener before pouring concrete.
