Installation Requirements
The SL600AC sliding gate opener is designed for gates weighing less than 600kg and sliding gate lengths under 12 meters. Utilizing rack and gear transmission, this unit must be installed inside the enclosure or yard for protection.
Installation Preparation
Ensure the sliding gate is properly installed, the gate rail is level, and the gate moves smoothly manually before installing the gate opener.
Cable Installation
For optimal operation and cable protection, bury the motor & power cable and controlling cable separately using two PVC tubes.
Concrete Pedestal
Precast a concrete pedestal measuring 400mm x 250mm with a depth of 200mm to securely install the SL600AC gate opener. Verify the distance between the gate and gate opener is appropriate before casting the pedestal.
