Product Overview
This 2nd generation servo motor gate features an integrated design and mold manufacturing with international leading technology. The compact structure offers high precision, consistency, and standardization. Utilizing planetary reducer transmission, it delivers high efficiency, long lifespan, no oil leakage, no blocking, and low noise operation. The motor employs a 24V permanent magnet rare earth synchronous servo motor with small size, low power consumption, large torque, wide speed regulation, no heat generation, and small penetration with precise limits. Using a digital signal processor (DSP) as the control core enables complex algorithms, network connectivity, and intelligent operation. The integrated drive circuit (IPM) detects faults and displays fault codes for quick problem resolution. The three-bar linkage design ensures rapid rise and stable fall. Solar charging capability makes it suitable for unmanned applications including railway crossings, fire passages, oil stations, and mine tunnels without electricity requirements, enabling full automatic operation control.

Core Components
Arm Direction Change Instructions
Servo motor can change arm direction LEFT or RIGHT through 6 process steps:
Step 1: Remove the original left side electronic control board bracket and install it to the right
Step 2: Remove the M8X20 hexagon socket screw that fixes the motor and lift out the motor
Step 3: Remove the fixing screw on the boom bracket
Step 4: Use M14X150 screws to pull out the boom bracket
Step 5: Install the extracted bracket from original left to right or right to left
Step 6: Install back to the case, fix M8X20 hexagon socket screws - left and right exchange completed with no additional settings adjustment required
