Our first-generation brushless barrier gate incorporates international leading technology with integrated design and precision mold manufacturing. Featuring compact construction, high precision, and exceptional consistency, this standardized system utilizes planetary reducer transmission for superior efficiency, extended lifespan, and reliable operation with no oil leakage, no blockage, and minimal noise.
The 24V permanent magnet rare earth synchronous brushless motor delivers compact dimensions, low power consumption, high torque output, wide speed regulation range, minimal heat generation, low penetration, and precise limit control. With a digital signal processor (DSP) as the control core, the system enables complex algorithms, networking capabilities, and intelligent operation. The integrated drive circuit (IPM) detects faults and displays error codes for rapid troubleshooting. The three-link crank design ensures fast, responsive open and close operations.
Solar charging compatibility makes this barrier gate ideal for unattended locations including railway crossings, fire escapes, gas stations, and mine entrances without mains power, enabling fully automated operation control.
