Fast Speed Parking Vehicle Boom Barrier
This patented 304 Stainless Steel series servo motor barrier gate combines permanent-magnet synchronous servo motor (PMSM motor) with high quality aluminum alloy press forming housing and well-designed gear reducer. The motor features high power density, low noise, minimal vibration, high efficiency, and fast response as a specialized drive application. Compared with traditional asynchronous motors, this servo motor offers higher efficiency, improved power factor, lighter weight, lower temperature rise, and better power-saving capabilities, which enhances power grid quality factor and maximizes current power grid capacity, thereby saving investment on power grid infrastructure. The motor drive employs servo motion control algorithm to accurately position open/close positions and motion curve tracks through encoder, making it suitable for expressway toll stations, bus stations, shopping malls, airports, hospitals, and various other applications.

Arm Direction Change Instructions
Servo motor can change arm direction LEFT or RIGHT through 6 process steps:
Step 1: Remove the original left side of the electronic control board bracket and install it to the right.
Step 2: Remove the M8X20 hexagon socket screw that fixes the motor and lift out the motor.
Step 3: Remove the fixing screw on the boom bracket.
Step 4: Use M14X150 screws to pull out the boom bracket.
Step 5: Install the extracted bracket from the original left to the right, or the original right to the left.
Step 6: Install back to the case, fix M8X20 hexagon socket screws, and the left and right exchanges are completed. No need to adjust other settings.
Step 1: Remove the original left side of the electronic control board bracket and install it to the right.
Step 2: Remove the M8X20 hexagon socket screw that fixes the motor and lift out the motor.
Step 3: Remove the fixing screw on the boom bracket.
Step 4: Use M14X150 screws to pull out the boom bracket.

Step 6: Install back to the case, fix M8X20 hexagon socket screws, and the left and right exchanges are completed. No need to adjust other settings.
