The PK600GL Roller Wheel Swing Gate Automation Kit provides reliable automated operation for gates weighing up to 600kg per leaf with a maximum length of 4 meters. This industrial-grade system ensures smooth, controlled gate movement through advanced motor technology.
Installation Requirements
- Suitable for gates up to 600kg in weight and 4 meters in length
- Gate motion achieved through rotating gear mechanism
- Must be installed within private property boundaries only
- Requires properly installed and manually smooth-operating swing gates
- With electronic lock: maintain 15-20mm gap between gates
- Without electronic lock: no specific gap requirement
- Power cable must connect to RCD-protected weatherproof outlet
- Control box must be mounted at least 1.5m above ground level
- Post-installation verification of mechanical functionality required
Cable Installation
For optimal operation and cable protection, use separate PVC pipes for motor/power cables and control cables. This ensures durability and prevents damage to the electrical components.
