The tire killer system comprises three main components:
Main Frame: Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft. Features all-steel structure using GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding for high-strength load-bearing and anti-collision capacity. Waterproof design with no internal electrical components for enhanced safety.
Electric Transmission Station: Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings, base, and transmission components. Gear-free design ensures maintenance-free operation, stability, and extended service life. Manual operation available during power outages.
Electric Control System: Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote control, and wire control devices.
