System Components
The tyre killer system consists of three main components:
Main Frame
Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft. The entire body features steel structure using GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding, providing high-strength load-bearing and anti-collision capacity. Internal design excludes electrical components and wiring for waterproof safety. Installed in driveways or designated locations to control vehicle traffic.
Electric Transmission Station
Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings, base, and full transmission components. Gear-free internal structure ensures maintenance-free operation with enhanced stability and longer lifespan. Serves as the power source and allows manual operation during power outages.
Electric Control System
Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote control device, and wire control device for comprehensive system management.
