These include spaces reserved for monthly, annual renters, owners, renters of condominium, co-op parking spaces, disabled drivers and company executives and visitors. In dedicated parking garages, access to the entire garage or to a designated area within it can be restricted using a single access controlled barrier. In a mixed-use application, however, access needs to be controlled on an individual parking space basis.

The sway arm made of steel rolling won't deform even it is crushed by a vehicle.
- Burglar-proof for safety (for some model): The expansion bolts are placed inside the housing of parking lock, can't be removed without a key of the housing. In case someone tries to remove it without permission, the parking lock will alarm loudly to remind its owner and also scares the thief.
- Anti-disconnecting for Power Safety: The power connection is anti-disconnecting design in case the use misplace the battery causing short circuit.
- Alarm Against a Hit: In case a vehicle hit it, the parking lock will alarm loudly to remind the driver.
- Manual control in case of no power: In case the power is off, just manually control the parking lock in emergency.
