Wing Gate Construction
The wing gate system consists of chassis, movement mechanism, control system, infrared sensors, and control equipment. Constructed from imported or domestic SUS304 stainless steel with 1.5mm thickness, the movement mechanism features both mechanical and electronic anti-pinch protection. Even if electronic protection fails, mechanical safety measures remain effective, ensuring maximum safety. The industrial-grade electronic control chip provides excellent stability, fast recovery, and reliable operation, while infrared sensors accurately detect signals.
Operating Principle
Each wing of the passage contains a fast retractable door. When the system detects an opening signal, both doors synchronize and retract quickly to create a barrier-free passage. The main control panel processes pulse signal instructions, directing the mechanical system to open the gates. When pedestrians pass the sensing point, the control board activates the electric switch. The system includes illegal intrusion alarms, electronic and mechanical anti-pinch protection, and dead point mechanisms that prevent unauthorized opening, ensuring reliable traffic control.
