Product Description
The tyre killer is constructed from A3 steel with steel blades (speed bump design) and features an integrated mechanical and electrical remote control system. This advanced vehicle interception equipment provides easy operation, safety, and reliability for preventing unauthorized and terrorist vehicle access.
SINOMATIC electromechanical tyre killers are PLC-controlled and can be operated via card readers, biometric readers (fingerprint), radio control switches, or key switches. The system easily integrates safety accessories including loop detectors, photocells, flashing lights, and red/green traffic lights. Time delay arming is adjustable from 0-60 seconds.

The tyre killer system consists of three main components:
- Main Frame: A3 steel construction with steel blades, base, and drive shaft. Features GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding for high-strength load-bearing and anti-collision capacity. Waterproof design with no internal electrical components.
- Electric Transmission Station: Includes motor, gear box, limit switches, optical axis, bearings, and transmission components. Maintenance-free design with gearless operation. Manual operation available during power outages.
- Electric Control System: Control board, transformer, relays, remote control devices, and wire control systems.
