Operation Indicators
Upon power-up, the detector enters self-calibration mode with green LED flashing and red LED off for approximately 1 second. Ensure no vehicles are on loops during calibration. After calibration, green LED remains steady and red LED activates when a vehicle passes over the loop.
DIP Switch Configuration
DIP1 and DIP2 control sensitivity settings. DIP3 sets relay 1 presence output time. DIP4 configures relay 2 for presence/pulse output. DIP5 adjusts presence signal output timing. DIP6 sets operating frequency. Jumper wire connection determines PIN16 connection to NO/NC of relay 1.
Frequency Selection
User-configurable operating frequency prevents cross-talk interference from adjacent loops or environmental frequencies. Two frequency styles available via DIP6 setting.
Sensitivity Adjustment
Front panel DIP1 and DIP2 switches allow sensitivity adjustment. Increase sensitivity if vehicle detection fails during testing.
