Product Installation
The detector must be installed in a convenient weatherproof location as close to the loop as possible. Installation location must choose to stay away from heat sources, and maintain a distance of at least 10mm from other devices (must not fix cling to the cabinet). A correct loop configuration and detector installation will ensure a successful inductive loop detection system. Loop parameters include: loop figure, size, turns, and installation methods.

Work Indicator
Detector enters self-calibration condition with green LED flash and red LED extinguish once powered on. This process lasts 1 second. Vehicles should not be on the loops during self-calibration. After self-calibration, green LED will not flash and red LED remains extinguished. When a vehicle passes over the loop, the red LED turns on.
Operation and Indication
While the detector is tuning, both green Channel LED and red Power LED turn on for about 2 seconds, then green LED turns off. If a loop fault exists, the Channel LED flashes indicating a fault. If the fault self-heals, the detector continues operating. The green channel LED glows when a vehicle is detected passing over the inductive loop. The red Power LED remains on to indicate unit is powered.
Frequency
To eliminate interference of two neighboring wire loops or loop detectors, the frequency can be altered.
Sensitivity
The sensitivity allows the detector to be selective regarding the change of inductance necessary to produce an output. There are four sensitivity selections set by DIP3 and DIP4 Switch.
