Installation Notice
1. Working voltage tolerance is 10% of rated voltage - use power regulator in areas with volatile supply voltage.
2. Gear modulus: M=4, Gear scalar: Z=15. Please use the corresponding rack.
3. The gate must be balanced and level for proper gear and rack alignment.
4. Proper gear gap adjustment is essential for smooth gate operation.
5. Proper rail embedding and wheel installation are critical for optimal performance. Adjust bolts to ensure proper gear-rack fit and verify the gate can be moved manually when clutch is open.
6. Ensure correct gate running direction. Limit iron must be properly positioned to prevent motor stalling and loss of control.
