Application Guidelines
With Biological Treatment First
  • Test and adjust effluent pH to 8-9
  • Apply PAC (3-5 min contact time), followed by BWD-01 (5-10 min contact time), then anionic polyacrylamide
  • Optimal pH adjustment (8-9) reduces BWD-01 consumption by approximately 20%
  • Recommended dosage: 50-80 ppm BWD-01 (raw), 15-20 ppm PAC (solid), 1-2 ppm anionic polyacrylamide (solid)
Direct Chemical Treatment
  • Recommended dosage: 80-100 ppm BWD-01 (raw), 15-30 ppm PAC (solid), 1-2 ppm anionic polyacrylamide (solid)
