Application Procedure

For optimal performance, follow this step-by-step treatment process:

Prepare BWD-01 solution by mixing with 40 times water to create 2.5% concentration
Prepare PAC solution at 2-5% Al₂O₃ concentration
Prepare 0.1% Anionic Polyelectrolyte solution
Test effluent pH and adjust to 8-9 (critical for optimal performance)
Add PAC solution and mix completely for 1-3 minutes
Add BWD-01 solution and mix completely for 5-10 minutes
Add small amount of anionic polyelectrolyte solution and mix slowly to form large flocs
Allow sedimentation to occur
Check color of treated effluent
Adjust BWD-01 and PAC dosages for optimal results
