1. Prepare BWD-01 solution by mixing with 40 times water to achieve 2.5% concentration
2. Prepare PAC solution with 2-5% Al2O3 concentration
3. Prepare Anionic Polyelectrolyte solution at 0.1% concentration
4. Test effluent pH and adjust to 8-9 (critical for optimal performance)
5. Add PAC solution and mix completely for 1-3 minutes
6. Add BWD-01 solution and mix completely for 5-10 minutes
7. Add small amount of anionic polyelectrolyte solution and mix slowly to form large flocs
8. Allow sedimentation and check color of treated effluent
9. Adjust BWD-01 and PAC dosages for optimal results
