Application Guidelines
Dissolving Concentration
Standard dissolution concentration: 0.1-0.5%
Dissolving Time
Approximately 1 hour of agitation required for complete dissolution. Incomplete mixing may reduce performance.
Agitation Speed
Optimal revolution: 200-400 rpm. High-speed agitation may damage polymer molecules.
Dosage Range
Typical dosage: 1-3.0 ppm depending on effluent type. Jar testing recommended for optimal results.
