Application Methodology
| 1 | Collect effluent sample in beaker |
| 2 | Mix water and color removal chemical at 40:1 ratio for 2-2.5% solution |
| 3 | Prepare PAC solution with 2-5% Al2O3 content |
| 4 | Prepare anion polymer flocculant with 0.1% concentration |
| 5 | Adjust effluent pH to 8-10 for optimal performance |
| 6 | Add PAC solution and mix completely for 1-3 minutes |
| 7 | Add BWD-01 solution and mix completely for 5-10 minutes |
| 8 | Add small content of anionic polyelectrolyte solution and mix slowly to form large flocs |
| 9 | Allow sedimentation |
| 10 | Check treated effluent color and calculate dosage |
Packaging & Storage
Available in 30kg, 50kg, 250kg plastic drums and 1250kg IBC drums. Store at room temperature (10-35°C). Avoid direct sunlight as product may show slight stratification or appear white at low temperatures.
