Dissolve in 20-50% concentration, stir until brown-red solution forms. Dosage equals polyaluminum chloride, approximately 1/3-1/4 of solid aluminum sulfate. Use immediately after preparation with pure tap water. Application involves three stages: coagulation (vigorous stirring), flocculation (mild stirring), and sedimentation (slow flow). Forced filtration with appropriate filter materials enhances water quality.
