Standard dissolution concentration should be 0.1-0.5% for optimal performance.
Most flocculants require approximately 1 hour of agitation for complete powder dissolution. Incomplete mixing or lump formation may inhibit performance.
Ideal agitator speed: 200-400 rpm. High-speed operation without motor revolution reduction is not recommended as it may damage polymer molecules.
Dosage range varies from 1-3.0 ppm depending on effluent type and application. Jar testing is recommended for performance evaluation.
