Standard dissolution concentration: 0.1-0.5%
Approximately 1 hour of agitation required for complete dissolution. Incomplete mixing or lumping may inhibit performance.
Ideal revolution: 200-400 rpm. High-speed agitation without motor reduction may damage polymer molecules.
Dosage range: 1-3.0 ppm depending on effluent type and application. Jar testing recommended for optimal dosage determination.
Place effluent sample in beaker, add designated dosage, agitate for 1 minute at 100-120 rpm, then slowly agitate at 60 rpm. Observe floc formation, sedimentation, and solution clarity.
