The LM117/LM217/LM317 are monolithic integratedcircuit inTO-220,ISOWATT220,TO-3 and D2PAK packages intended for use as positiveadjustablevoltageregulators.
Theyaredesignedtosupplymorethan1.5Aof load current with an output voltageadjustable overa1.2to37Vrange.
The nominaloutputvoltageisselectedbymeans of only a resistive divider, making the device exceptionallyeasy to use and eliminating the stockingofmanyfixedregulators.
