General Description
- Door frame roll forming machine adopts hydraulic station with accumulator and automatic PLC controller to generate a fast punching and shearing speed.
- When in automatic mode running, the product speeds can maximum reach to 20m/min with a stable and reliable performance.
- Door frame roll forming machine is equipped with a double cantilever rack which is useful to improve the efficiency when changing steel coils.
- The working flow is as follows: Decoilling-Leveling-Punching-Roll forming-Shearing-Run-out table.
