Training & Installation
1. We will dispatch technician to your facility for the installation and commissioning. The presence of your trainee is a must during our technician’s visit.
2. All the travelling, accommodation, local transport and food expenses, and allowance of our mechanical technician’s visit to your facility will be your responsibility.
3. Customer can dispatch his own engineer to supplier’s factory to learn how to use the software. Supplier affords two engineers’ accommodation for 10 days. Customer affords engineer’s round-trip tickets and visa cost.
