Product Description

We can customize long arms for 95% of excavators with our extensive range of dimensions.
Material: Main sheet material is Q345B + Q690D. The top and bottom cover plates of boom and stick are Q690D, other sheets are Q345B. Pins are made of 42CrMo4.
Welding: Protective-gas welding using 80% Argon and 20% CO2 mixture - the gold standard for protective gas.
For all base, joint and main structures, we use boring machines to adjust precision after welding to prevent welding-stress from causing significant tolerance.
We provide complete kits including lubricant pipe systems, hydraulic systems, buckets, bucket cylinders, linkages, pins, and hoses.
Uses original stick cylinder to save costs (optional replacement available).
Optional auxiliary pipe line kits (1-2 kits) available for attachments.
Extra counterweight available.
