Description:

1. In rugged work condition,If the excavator have a tilt bucket,do not need to move often for adjusting position. It's convenient and high efficient.It will be very popular in the future.

2. This kind of tilt bucket famous in Australia, high efficiency and convenient.

3. Material: Q345B. We also have Q420D and Q690D for optional.

4. This kind of tilt bucket is heavy duty type, very stronger. The weight for 20ton excavator tilt bucket reach to 1350kg.

5. As customer request, we make this tilt bucket with a bolt cutting edge.

6. Because this tilt bucket is speical, the width only make 1778mm for good performance. But if you want to make more wider or more shorter, you can tell me.

7. The tilt degree is +/-45 degree. But if you have any other requirement, let me know, we can customize for you. Max. is up to +/-45 degree.

8. This tilt bucket with 2 pcs cylinder. For standard tilt bucekt cylinder was fixed on 1 pin. But this tilt bucket cylinder pin is difference with the standard tilt bucket. This tilt bucket cylinder was fixed on 2 pin.

9. The top of bucket also difference with standard tilt bucket. This bucket top extended a plate to avoid the soil pollute the cylinder when operate the tilt bucket.

10. We have cylinder protection guard for cylinder. And the cylinder Max. suffer from stress is 32MPa. . 

11. All our pins is harden pins,and we prepare bushing for all pins, and each pin&bushing have grease seals.
